Its not too late to wish everyone a happy new year 2009. 2008 was a memorable year but 2009 is going to be challenging but so far 2009 has been kind to me.. Hehe.. Yesterday (05/01/2009), snow fell heavily and Paris was covered with snow.. Its an amazing scene and its seldom snowing in Paris. I also had a good news yesterday.. Hehe..
These 6 months will be very very busy for me and my colleagues and hopefully I will finish everything by July.. For my french, I am still bad at it. Hehe.. 'Our' train station (Trocadero) which connects our routes from Hall to IIEP (institute) is closed for more than two months and this creates problems for us. So we have to take different routes now and no one has any idea which is the best route to choose. So everyone is trying which is the shortest or the fastest way to go. No luck so far.. hehe..
For my new year, I went to Eiffel tower and walked to Champs Elysees on the new years eve. We walked around these areas from 2 pm until 10 pm. But by 10 pm, it was very very cold and it was unbearable, so we all went back to our hall. hehe.. there goes my new year celebration in paris. I felt new year celeb in Bangkok was more fun or I should have gone to London to see the 10 minutes fireworks.. Hehe.. skadar..From February to March, we will be expecting visiting trainees every two weeks during the Specialization Phase. It will be good to see new faces from all over the world. In April, we will have another study trip to India for 2 weeks. I hope it will be as memorable as our study trip to Caen last November.
p/s Today, I received a package from Brunei and that just made my day. Merci beaucoup my brother-in-law. Hanya tuhan sahaja yg dapat membalas... Hope to see you all here this year.. that will be the icing on the cake.. Thats all for now. Au revoir...
Oh ya, tomorrow = the start of winter sales + no class = shopping laaaahhhh.... update: temperature today is -12C... sejukkk... and i have done my shopping.. sioknya... murah2...
